This document sets out the terms on which you use irinlabs.com, how the published prices should be understood, and what the operator does and does not guarantee.
1. General
The site irinlabs.com is owned and operated by:

By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
The operator may amend these terms; the current version is always on this page, dated at the top.
2. Purpose of the site
The site is informational. It describes areas of work, how projects are run and indicative costs, and lets you send an enquiry.
It is not a shop, takes no payments and concludes no contracts. Work is performed only under a separate agreement signed by both parties.
3. Prices are not an offer
The published cost and schedule ranges are indicative guidance, not a binding offer.
They do not oblige the operator to perform work at the stated price. The final cost is determined after the task has been studied and is fixed in the contract and estimate.
Prices are stated in Russian roubles. Conversion to other currencies on the site uses a nominal rate for illustration and is not an offer to settle in that currency.
4. Enquiries
By submitting the form you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are entitled to pass it on.
Do not send trade secrets, third parties’ personal data, accounts, passwords or access keys through the form. Such exchange requires a non-disclosure agreement.
The operator does not guarantee a reply to every enquiry and may disregard promotional, automated and irrelevant messages.
5. Intellectual property
The site’s design, texts, images, source code and the IRIN LABS name belong to the operator or are used on a lawful basis.
Copying site materials for commercial use without written permission is not allowed. Quoting with attribution is free.
6. Liability
The site is provided “as is”. The operator makes reasonable efforts to keep the information accurate and current but does not warrant its completeness and is not liable for decisions you make on the basis of it.
The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and is not liable for outages caused by hosting providers, network operators or force majeure.
The site links to no third-party resources and embeds no external services.
7. Personal data
How personal data is handled is described separately in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.
8. Governing law
The laws of the Russian Federation apply. Disputes not settled by negotiation are heard at the operator’s location, unless a mandatory rule of law provides otherwise.
